Program Outcomes

P.O.1 – Basic Science: Adequate knowledge of mathematics, science and basic engineering; ability to practice theoretical and practical knowledge of these areas into modeling and solving problems of Engineering.

P.O.2 – Software Engineering: An ability to identify, describe, formulate and solve problems in Software Engineering and related fields; for this purpose having skills to choose and apply proper analysis and modeling methods.

P.O.3 – Design: An ability to design a complex system, process and component with modern design methods to meet desired needs within realistic constraints.

P.O.4 – Tool Usage: An ability to develop, select and apply modern techniques and tools needed for Engineering applications.

P.O.5 – Testing and Analysis: An ability to design and conduct tests, collect data, analyze results, and interpret data for the experimental investigation of Software Engineering problems.

P.O.6 – Team work: An ability to function within the discipline and on multidisciplinary teams effectively.

P.O.7 – Communication Skill: Communicating effectively in oral and written form in Turkish and one foreign language.

P.O.8 – Lifelong Learning: Awareness of the necessity of lifelong learning, access to information, monitoring developments in science and technology and the ability to self-renewal continually.

P.O.9 – Ethic: Understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.

P.O.10 – Entrepreneurship and Project Management: Information on project management, change management and risk management practices, awareness on entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable development.

P.O.11 – Environment: Information about universal and societal effects of engineering applications on health, safety and environment; awareness of the legal consequences of engineering solutions.
